Good Place, but be Wary

I never had a problem with our actual apartment. Any problems inside, and the maintenance was there within a day I would say. I haven't lived here in 2 years, but when I did - this is what I encountered. My car being towed by the apartment complex. There is not enough parking if you have more than one car per household or for visitors. Also, due to the dimly lit parking lot, my car was also broken into there, but I also never knew that there is welfare-type housing behind the value village, so I think that is probably where some of the problems came from. Other than that I would say it's a pretty good place. Reasonable price, Nice apartments - kind of a yucky location, but if you don't mind driving from mid east hill to the freeway then this is the place for you! Also, even though there was very small damage we actually did to the apartment (may have been 1-2 carpet stains and 1-2 broken shingles on the sliding door curtain) we still received NO deposit back

Prices have gone up. I have lived here for 2 years. There are drug problems, I actually got hit on by a guy on house arrest here. There was a high speed car chase that ended up coming through here, lots of cops. We have our own security here now. There are some good people here too.

ever since my family and i moved here, we never had any problems or what so ever. except for the stupid iranian maintenance that harrassed me because of my trash being heavy. other than that managers are very very nice and friendly. stupid maintenance iranian should get fired. for the people that saying bad stuff about country glen, get the hell out of these place you don't belong here idiots. you people keep on complaining about this people and you people are still here. GET OUT IDIOTS!!!
