TOO EXPENSIVE UNLESS YOU ARE LOW INCOME. I lived there for over 6 years. Lots of problems with drugs--meth lab found on premises in approximately 1999, and another suspected in fall of 2003. Lots of car thefts/car prowling. Lots of low income families, lots of irresponsible young adults apartment sharing, lots of unsupervised kids. Lots of turnover in apartment management, and even though I gave 1 month written notice before vacating, they still said that I gave illegal notice.
