I recently rented a 3/2 here and it's not that bad. Yes, there are kids playing but I don't think they're rude, in fact, they say hello to me and I think they're pretty normal for kids. The construction is a typical South End cheap 1980's crap, but I've looked at quite a few places here in the South End and it seems to be very common, hard to find a place that isn't made the same way. The maintenance is fine, my call was taken care of within 2 days - it was minor too, screens were loose. The management seems to have really good hearts and care about their tenants, a lot more than the place I just moved from.

It's not the quietest, it's not the nicest, but it's affordable and my apartment was very clean when I moved in. I like it so far and the location is really, really convenient. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
