Do not live here...

I lived here for 2 and a half years, and in that time, they raised my rent $100.00, and never addressed my rude and loud upstairs neighbors. My next door neighbors decided to take in a stray cat, in the middle of winter, and leave the poor thing outside the entire time. Since I was always home, the cat thought that my house should be his, and cried at my back door all night. I felt so bad for the cat being out there in the middle of winter, it took me hasseling the managment for a week to take it to a shelter. You can hear every single thing your neighbors do. My upstairs neighbors would leave their alarm clock radio on for 2 hours, blasting, only for it to be accompanied by their beeping alarm clock. After I addressed this with the management 30 TIMES...the management had the balls to ask me to sit down and have a "talk" with my neighbors. I rejected, and made them break my lease for not improving my living environment. Kids are constantly running around the parking lot, and if you ever call their security at night, they never respond. The only thing I liked about these apartments is the location..

You're right, there are two sides to every story. And you weren't there, so why are you taking sides? Maybe YOU have too much time on your hands if you're responding to peoples bad reviews of apartments when you have no idea what your talking about.

2 years wow!not bad for a rent increase, maybe you should have looked for another place to live if you didn't want to pay it.If you felt so bad for the cat maybe you should have talked to your neighbors and let them know that cruelty to animals is a crime and that you would be calling the humane society if they did take action in caring for the cat instead of having management do your deed. 30 times? there are always two sides to a story and it sound like they did everyone a favor by letting you move.As far as the kids running around in the parking lot, Funny how soon we forget that we were kids once, when it give us something to gripe about, maybe to much time on your hands??
