I have to agree with comment dated 09/2003

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2005
 
yes, it is strange that on 7/18/03 there were at least 4 comments made and then on 7/21/2003 7/25/2003 7/27/2003. It does make is seem like the manager had a bunch of friends swamp the site with "good" comments. Must have been a hard year to rent to have to go to such measures. Interesting, also, is that these are the only ones that recommend 'yes'. All others are 'no'.
