I have lived here for a short time, and While i was here it was great! I loved the management. Then new management came in around summer time and it all went to crap! Basketball hoops every where, sidewalk chalk, kids screaming day and night, car theft. One thing that is really unbusiness like is the manager always has the kids in the office when residents are trying to give a work order or something like that. One thing i have to also complain about is the weed smoke!!!! it's everywhere! The only nice thing I can say is that maintenance is great, gets the work orders completed in timely matter, although the last month I was there nothing seemed to get done!
