I really love this apartment complex. It's very peaceful and the gardening is beautiful and the buildings are great. I love the office staff and I've had good luck with my maintenance requests and my apartment is just right. It's also in a fairly good location, and the backyard of this complex is an immense forest (which is between two high schools, but high school foot traffic isn't that much of a problem).

My problem is with the neighbors. The next door neighbors fight with each other well into the night, someone either next door or above my apartment likes to play loud rap music a lot, and sometimes people yell at you (and at each other) from their balconies. Also people let their children and dogs run loose, and there are a few people who like to smoke all day long so I can rarely open my balcony door for fear of being smoked out.

However, if you can let the neighbors roll of your back, you'll get along fine here, and the rent is reasonable and it allows pets, which is great. And the really nice thing is that it's a small community (92 units) so your maintenance problems get fixed quickly and the office manager knows everyone by name (in fact, she lives here too, and so does the maintenance guy). So overall, great apartment, but watch out for the neighbors!
