We moved in about 6 months ago and since then it's been one thing after another! Our apartment had major issues from the start- Leaking sink, shower leaking into closet, door frame broken, missing parts to EVERYTHING including lightswitches & thermostats, bathroom fans not working, stove hood fan broken, closet bar broken, etc. Within the first month we were there the Maintenance man was there DAILY fixing things. The fan over the oven never really got fixed. It took almost 2 months and 2 sink replacements to finally get a working bathroom sink that didn't leak to high heaven. And one day in the third month we were there as we were leaving for work in the morning, the doorknob actually fell off in my boyfriend's hand! It's been an absolute pain in the behind and we've had to arrange a lot of time off work to be there for the so-called maintenance guy to 'fix' things. We still have lots of little 'quirky' things that don't work but have given up on getting them fixed.

The apartments are fairly pet friendly but they don't enforce the rules at all. People are constantly letting their dogs off leashes & they're not picking up after them at all. Other people let their cats roam free at night so there's constantly cat prints on your car or cat feces on your deck.

The management office is RARELY open. It's TERRIBLY hard to have a package delivered as they never seem to be there to sign for it as they should be. The full time manager is on maternity leave, so they've gotten a temp girl in there- who is also rather pregnant, and as of yesterday she wasn't even there and another temp was filling in, though he didn't know anything about anything & couldn't even answer the simple questions.

Also, the 'fitness center' is a crock. There's a broken treadmill, a broken weight/pulley bench, one cheap elyptical machine and a half-missing set of handweights (only three sizes to start with, now half missing).

They basically rent to anyone so there are car break ins all the time, kids running around unsupervised all the time and a lot of vandalism. Not to mention that people throw their fast food stuff out of their car into the parking lot & leave it. Plus anything that they decide they don't want (i.e. old mattresses, tv's, etc.) and leave it on the side of the roadway.

In fact as of yesterday they closed the pool & hot tub (which are usually dirty & gross anyway) indefinitely because they've had too much vandalism. AND about a week ago we got a notice saying that there are so many drug problems that they're working with the police department to let drug sniffing dogs around the property!

There are A LOT of much better apartments in this same price range. Look carefully before you go!
