I came here because I was so looking at moving when my lease expires next month and I was laughing at how all of the recent comments are just like mine! LOL! I thought I was the only one who noticed the difference though! Maybe we all will move soon and the lame manager can deal with the problems all alone! :)
Some people forgot some stuff in their comments. The vandalism is so bad now. My boyfriend got me a new subwoofer for my birthday in february and it was stolen here out of my car last month, broken car window too! There wasn t any theft from my car before and I do have a nice stereo. Spooky people moving in now!
And I smell weed all the time now! I am not against smoking weed if you want to but I smell it even in my bedroom and I don t smoke! LOL! But you know where there is weed there are drug deals. Maybe that s how come someone decided to take my subwoofer!
And inside is not so good anyway. My clothes dryer is so old that I have to dry every load for 2 cycles or else the clothes are still wet. The manager said nothing is broken with it so she won t fix it! So lame! And my outlets don t hold the plug of whatever I am plugging in. It s like their so old that they can t hold a plug anymore. So I have to prop something up to hold the plug in the outlet with everything! LOL!
And my counters in the kitchen are lame! I think they just painted over them so they wouldnt have to get new ones. There are cracks all over the paint and I am so sure I ll get blamed when I move out!
And one thing you guys mentioned is really true. The water is always shut down because there is so many floods. I had 3 floods in my apartment since I moved in here almost 1 yr ago. And I have a part of my kitchen floor that is like sunk in where the flood water probably rotted the wood! I can t see it because there s plastic flooring that I can t pull up. But you can feel the sunk in part when you walk on it.
