I moved in here a year or so ago and it was great. Now it is just not the friendly atmosphere that I enjoyed. I was always treated like an individual person, now its just a really cold ugly feeling. The people that have moved in are trash. I wouldn't recommend this community. It use to be really nice but it is more like the ghetto now.

but courtesy and being nice to neighbors should happen everywhere you live. The noise level is not ordinary noise - it is at unacceptable levels at all hours of the night and early morning. There is a noise ordinance in Kent the last time I checked.
