Visitor's perspective

Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007
I was never a tenant here, just a visitor but here are some things I noticed. The people I use to visit were on the second floor by the handicapped spots as one of them was handicapped. Their downstairs neighbor always had someone either parked in or blocking the handicapped spots. When one of the neighbor's friends was confronted and asked to move so that they could park there, they were given attitude and refused. The neighbor also sold drugs and had people coming and going at all hours of the night with music also at all hours. He was asked several times by management and had many complaints by more than one neighbor about noise and conduct and still got to live there. The police even came knocking on neighboring doors looking for him at one point. The inside and outside of the apartments are nice but not worth what you pay for. It also seemed as if they would let any hoodlum live there. Also noise from 256th is horrible.
