I would agree that the staff is a bit aloof but it is a nice apt. complex and its got good security with us sitting behind gates.....the maintenance man is a wonderful man with a good attitude and i felt safe letting him do repairs in my house....they do push up rent as much as legally possible when your lease runs out and you dont get any assistance from the Apt. with Water Sewage Garbage.....you gotta pay for everything here....

I think this place is nice, parking is horrible, you can get towed from parking in a spot that is not yours because the uncovered parking is not available, I see work vans parked in uncover and covered parking, something haves to give. But I love my apartment, although rent is a bit too high, there is really not alot to do, no swimming pool, they should at lease expand the place for a spa, at the amount of rent. Maintenance is good, always kept up. Noise is down, thats a plus. Not too much for children, play area is ok, but the bark is horrible for them, I dont even allow my children over there, the dogs piss in it or the cats. Safety, thats a plus, not everyone can come in. Office staff, very nice people, sometimes not organized, but overall, i am comfortable except for the price of rent , especially for the neighborhood.
