I have lived in Hidden Villa Apartments for about 3 years. It is a wonderful place to live if you like your own privacy. If you are not familiar with this place, they are like a duplex. There is no one living above you and no one below you. You have your own private back yard.
The down-fall of living there'' The management!!!!
They never cut the grass (residents end up doing it) If something is broken you wait for months at a time to get it fixed (which in the past they have actually gone into units without permission!). And they tell you that you can not sit on your porch after 9:00 - even to smoke (non smoking units). There are MANY other negative things I could list about the management - but I really don't have the time.
Word of advise - if you don't mind managers that suck - this is a great place for you to live!!

It must have been REALLY bad to cause you to stay there for 3 YEARS. Especially since they have 6 month leases. You are probably a loud pot smoking kid, and got spoken to about keeping your neighbors up late at night, while you laughed and smoked on your porch.
