I have live here for 5 years, the new management has really cleaned this place up! Upkeep of property great, no Trespassing law has been great to clean up property delinquents. I am finally happy! They have relly been involved with getting rid of the couple of negative apartments, but best of all they asked us what we see and fixed it! Overall, this is the best place to live in the Kent area!
