I've lived here for just over a year. The actaual apartment is great inside. The carport I was assigned is always being used. I want to tell the office so they can handle it, but I'm too scared of retaliation from the guys who park all 10 of their junker cars in everyone elses spots!'
The office staff is okay and the grounds look okay- except by my place of course.
The booming bass and loud neighbors with their domestic violence that brings cops out here every other night (no exageration on that one!) as well as the cars being broken into by my downstairs neighbor's "friends" that he upsets so they seek retaliation... grrr!'
The inside of the place is great and maintenance is great, but the rest... take a risk'
