I have lived here for almost 2 years,and I know as well as anyone,that the new management,is always in other tenants business,the property seems to be getting worse,the utilitie bills get higher every month,we have to pay for garbage,water and sewer(EVERYONE USES OUR DUMPSTERS TO PUT THEIR GARBAGE IN)---I really miss our old management,they really did a bettr job and they handled situations bettter.Yes-this new management seems to "not"know their job at all.
There is gang/drug activity here,and when the office closes thats when you will really see it going on.Yes-there is security,only at night,he seems to not do anything but harrass the people who do live here.There,have been times when he was called behind gang/drug activites,and he did nothing-It's better to call 911-really!!!!
The "NEW MANAGEMENT"is only in it for the money,I will say that its a great location,other than that save your money and please think again before you move here.....

no no no.......... This place is not even what it seemed when my family and I moved here a few years ago,I would never recommend this place to my enemy,I will tell you why:The grounds are always a mess,garbage everywhere,from tenants and their visitors leaving their trash on the grounds,there are kids always running around,parents not caring what they are doing,being loud and disrespecting other people who live here,if you confront the parents they will tell management false accusations to give you trouble.AND-BELIEVE ME THE MANAGERS BELIEVE THEM!! The rent here is too high,the units here are too small,and pricey.In the summer due to poor instalation its really hot,and in the fall/winter the apts.are really cold.If you live here during a windy storm the elecricity will go off.NEW MANGEMENT DOESNT GIVE NEW CHANGE TO PEOPLE WHO HAVE BEEN HERE FOR AWHILE,UNTIL THEY MOVE OUT OF THEIR APARTMENTS THE NEW TENANTS WILL HAVE CUSTOM KITCHEN CABINETS,NEW APPLIANCES,NEW CARPET,THE COUNTERS HOWEVER ARE SRPAY PAINTED-LOL-as far as the people who do live here forget it.I'm sure they do that to have a reason to charge the new tenants more,and the management knows we are not going for that-lol- This isnt a good place to live in if you have small children,this is more for like a single person just starting off.There are a few things that I do like about my apt. 1- linolium by the front door 2- pantry in kitchen 3- private deck 4- large w/d in unit 5- privacy from others As far as the cabana-nothing really special to mention.At least they remodeled the cabana and repainted it, and they bought new furniture and a flat screen tv for their personal use.I guess thats how they get their new tenants sucked into the lousy contract here......I see through all the fraudelant things this complex offers!!!!
