Like everybody else said, when I moved in it looked like a really nice place to live, it's quiet in the daytime and the apartments are a good size. Then nighttime hits and you're kept awake by the thugs who live next door, drinking at 4am with their 40s on top of their piece of ---- cars right outside of your window. Somebody threw a brick through my boyfriends windshield, and in the same night, my roommate found a huge dent in the side of his car. You tell the management, and you get the feeling that they were afraid of their tenants. There was mold growing out of the side of our apartment, and mold everywhere inside. Our washer and dryer were broken from the day we moved in, we had the maintenance guy look at it a number of times, and had him tell us that we were using it improperly. OKAY. This place sucks.

It's more than just crack here,theres other illegal drugs as well,being sold,and used in front of the eyes of our children,these people dont care,as long as this property looks like it does it just invites the criminal activity to be done.We need to all come together,and try to resolve these issues we have,and we shouldnt allow the mangement to itimidate us regardless of the reasons they have.
