When we first moved in we thought that this was a fairly attractive place to live. There had just been a change in ownership and the office staff were very outgoing and we anticipated being happy here. Numerous office staff changes since, we can't wait to get out. Although there are often more than one staff member on at a time, they apparently go to lunch together as the office is often closed. When they are there, they often don't seem to know or really care what's going on. The maintenance staff are friendly, but not fast and we often end up fixing things ourselves or letting them stay broken just because we know what a hassle getting things fixed has been.

In the last three months there have been two separate shooting incidents, which makes us feel very unsafe. We've seen people prowling the parking lots on several occasions and our car has been broken into twice. We were told at one point in time that there was a security company patrolling the complex at night, but I think that that service must have been discontinued because I haven't seen any sign of it in quite some time.

The trash dumpsters are always a mess and often overflowing. I do see non-residents coming in from off-site and dumping occasionally, but for the most part I think it is that people are too lazy to put the trash actually in the dumpster... or else they are sending small children to do the job. And dog poo is everywhere. In the grass and on the sidewalks. Although some residents are great at always cleaning up after their pet, others just don't seem to care. Again, it is often kids who are doing the dog walking, but I see adults just ignoring their responsibility also. It's bad enough living in a complex that runs like crap without having to track it into your apartment, too.

I so Agree with your comments! i've lived here for about 8 months now and HATE living here all because of the management!!! She is rude and unprofessional! She has not been applying out utility bill to our utilities and we have received a notice that it's gonna be shut off! I am thinking of starting a commitee here at the apartments with residents that actually care! This place isn't bad it just needs people that care! Managements got to GO!
