Management and Maintenance are worthless. As long as you don't mind having to fix everything (including electrical and plumbing problems) yourself this is a fine place. Also, make sure you save at least $2,000.00 to give them when you move out. Despite only normal wear and tear on the carpeting they replaced all of it, stuck us with the bill, a bill they sent us a week after it went into collection status, to which they only applied half our deposits. The neighbors are all nice, lots of kids.

I like the new manager, she is great seems like she really cares as opposed to all the others before.

To those who still some how live in the New bryson square apts. beware. there are some really great people that lived in those apt. but the new mangaer put them out and told them she didn't have to give them a reason. but here is the cold part. one of wich family was black and had kid. the other one was another young black girl of babies and the other was a mexican couple and ther or children . from what i seen in the about complex that they did was nothing. i have watch the so called etra security they hired to watch these people harass these people on a daily bases following them to there door. more so the young black mom of three . what could that little women do to this apt. complex with toddlers and a newborn. and lets not talk about how they lie at this place. maintainance is lazy they don't fix anything . they always have to order a part and never come back to fix it. well got luck to the rest of the people still left here cuz she didn't get rid of the problem people she put the wrong people out . becuause i still live next door to the drug deals and all i hear every nite is in and out of the people nocking on his door.

I have lived here for 2 years now and honestly I planned on moving because for about a year now things were really getting out of hand. There were people always hanging out in the street,being loud and who knows what they were doing. I live in H building and was getting sick of it. It was loud every night. Even the people accross the street were always noisy and harrassing other Residents. I like the new management. Finally, all these people are gone. I even signed another lease. They even have new Maintenance and they are great. I am glad that Management is finally cleaning this place up and that they care. The last Manager did not care at all. I made the right decision to stay.

I agree with the 1st response. The new Manager is really nice and cares about the Residents.
