I have lived here for about a year n a half and I would NEVER recommend anyone to live here. I have read many reviews about the loitering of the teenagers all summer long and nothing is ever done, this is true. There has been at least 4-5 shootings since I have been here and the management hires security for a month or so, then there isn't any again. All that the security really does is walk around and hound the residents that aren't causing any problems. I now have a baby on the way and cannot wait until my lease is up. This place unsafe and it seems that the new managment has done nothing to help. The management is also very rude and talks down to their residents like they are nothing. I have found that the maintenance people are very nice, but if you want any work done in your apartment it takes months, or not at all, for them to fix anything. I have complained about my fridge for about a year and still has not been fixed. The best part about my apartment is the bathroom because it is huge, but you can hear your neighbors using theirs. You can hear your neighbors doing a lot of stuff in their own apartments. So I would rent at your own risk!!!!! Also when they raise your rent at the end of your lease it is an outrageous amount.

i agree i lived in thoes appartment for 3 yrs and the tennager that lived upstairs didnt like me so she through a rock through our bedroom window and my daughter was sleeping in the bed and she had broken glass all over her and the rock was only 1 1/2 inches away from her head and that was only because i closed my blinds and drapes i wouldnt recomed this place to anyone i move all the way to MT just to get away from them the managment wouldnt do anything about it
