I have been living in this complex for 2 years now.
The complex was not bad when we first moved in, but now is a different story.
The overall quality of the complex leaves much to be desired.
There are very old appliances and equipment in the apartments that seem to break down all the time.
Then you have to call the office to get the one and only handyman, who looks like he is 14, to come fix what is wrong.
It is not a big complex and I pay a good chunk of money for our 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment, and the place has a definite ghetto feel.
The surrounding area is also on the decline and crime in the area has increased.
The complex says that it has a patrol but I have never seen them.
I will say that the managment here is extremely nice and very willing to help out the tenants.
They worked with us because of credit issues and have let us float rent for a couple of weeks without penalty.
This complex is a little more expensive than other apartments in the area, but the location and management make it a little easier to tolerate.
I still have an issue with the overall feel of the place.
