I moved in about two and a half months ago. So far there has been problems with our sink, shelves and stove. Some had a key to out apartment. We changed the locks and they still tried to get in. Then the screen outside our office was pulled back and someone had tried to get in. The window was juts now fixed and we reported a month ago. From what I can tell there is one maintenance man and more work then he can handle. They also couldn;t figure out our parking spot and we moved spots three times because previous tenats were already there. and now I have to call because our mail key wont lock the mailbox.
