I am an ------- american who just had
the rent raised for no reason other than I
lived there for 10 years and was not paying
what the new people are paying. These bums
stick a note on my door to tell me the rent is going up and I ask why. The dumb ----- manager told me it was because I was getting a break already and I should pay what new people are paying. She told me herself that she upped the rent and told others it was a corporate decision. This is in addition to the improper utility fees
they decided to collect one month without proper notification. It is like paying some sort of street tax that is not mentioned in the rent. I told this dumb ----- manager that I am moving out. This ----- also is running a racket where she refers residents to use her sister's cleaning service and then they get ripped off. This ----- sister of the manager is some sort of grifter drug addict and the manager knows she will rip off residents. Can you imagine an apartment manager giving some criminal ----- the keys to your apartment for cleaning' Screw this place.
Dont move in to this dump unless you are an illegal alien on the run!!!!! I am out of this hell hole.
