No way move in to this apartment

Years at this apartment: 1993 - 2006
 
If you are even thinking about it do not even take a look. Apartment is nasty. Carpet has not been replaced in over 8-10 years. Garbage in the hallways. Painting on the walls in hallways has not been done in over ten years. Management support is a big zero. It is all about the money.
