Horrible! No on call maintence for emergency, takes them forever to fix anything! My toliet overflowed and I couldn't get ahold of anyone! My screen door flew off in the wind storm over 6 mos ago and the never fixed it correctly! They come into your apartment without your consent, the carpets are stained and old. Washers are very small! Walls are very thin, you can hear everything and even smell what your neighbor is cooking or smoking through the heating vents! This place is only good for the convience of being next to I-5 which is worth no more then $600 a month!
