The manager of this apartment really need to be fired.
She is rude to tenants and at the sametiem they are never in the office
There work schedule keep changing. Most apts have lived in close offices at 6pm.
You might have a package at the office and they wait a week to give you notification to pick up your package
Even the district manager knows that and is ignoring it. I wonder how there other facilities are like. The hallways are so dirty.
