I have been very happy with our experience here. In the almost year that we have lived here, the staff has always been helpful with any questions/issues we had, and the maintenance staff was always on top of any problems we had. They are not always in the office but if you leave a message they respond very quickly. People who cause problems are out asap. The manager does not put up with crap.
Yes, you can smell what someone is cooking or hear their music when you walk through the halls sometimes, but that's a minor issue in my opinion. Those things do no carry in to your apartment and that it what's important. Rent is very affordable in comparison to a lot of the other apartments in the area, and it's nice not being bound to a lease.

this is the typical reactionary bs of the manager and her thug district manager. the manager cheats residents and can't be fired because it is authorized by the thugs above her. thugs hiding their graft behind a crazy borderline personality. and if you complain about the scum above her then you are a racist. someone should tell the irs that the district manager drives around in a leased vehicle and does no work. they take that money for a background check and never run it; half the place is illegals.
