My roommate and I have lived here for 1 1/2 years and I've loved it here! It's a good location, the rent is ok and the office staff has always been really friendly. I love the fact that you can get a sun room instead of a patio in some units, 'cuz we don't smoke and use the extra square footage as our little videogame room. The only thing I really needed fixed was my shower head was acting funny and they came and took care of it right a way. It's not noisy for me, but I'm not near the pool or the basketball court or play area, not sure what those areas are like'
But I do have some gangster wannabe neighbors that love to blast their rap super loud all the time and have even left their door open to listed to it outside. It's mostly the bass, it rattles things on my wall and they are rude to me. I told the office many times about them and they always go and talk to them right away, then the gangsters turn their music down for a little bit but turn it right back up again after the office is closed. SometimesI can turn my tv up all the way and still hear it. But at least they usually turn it down by ten. Which can't be blamed on the office I know, but that's really the only thing that has bothered me. And they haven't really done it recently except for on occasion, but it's defenetly MUCH quieter. Probably because the office was really persistant with the issue.
