Ups and Downs

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2002
In my almost 2 1/2 years living at Indigo Springs I would say there are ups and downs.
The Ups: Clean Apts, Friendly and Helpful Office Staff, pool in summer, covered parking (at a fee), rent stayed the same for second annual lease agreement.
The Downs: Loud complex, lots of kids with no supervision, to many SPEED BUMPS, Smokers everywhere, minor earthquake damage to fire place in 2001 but still has not been fixed.
You make the call on what you would like to do.
