lived there for 3 years. someone robbed at gunpoint in the parking lot at 7am. at least 3 house breakins. car prowlers. pool disrupted by people breaking in and throwing up in the pool. outrageous rent increase, many of us had to move anyway. glad i did as the safety was getting worse. Some tennants noisy, bedroom windows above parking lot, all night long people going by blasting rap music. people are scarred of each other in those big complexes, more so than I realized when i was there. get out if you can. reading theother reviews, i realize that these rowdy overcrowded, overpriced huge complexes are normal and people accept things, don't complain enough to the managers about the noise and crime, and say "Well, that's Kent" well, don't take it anymore! keep complaining! call 911! Indigo won't even put their own security onboard. a bunch of 18 year olds run the place for the most part.
