Doesn't feel safe here! Parking is a nightmare and if you do try to get a carport it's going to be on the other side of the complex. Carrie, the manager is great. Theres a couple leasing agents and front desk people that really don't know what they're doing nor do they know how to treat their residents...I'm not going to mention names but you'll see if you decide to live here' The rent is rather expensive for Kent and the overall condition of the place.
