Indigo Springs leased out a dozen or more apartments to a corporate group of college-age kids 3 months after we moved in. This group refused to use the office area for meetings and instead held pep rallies for over 30 loud obnoxious college kids in the apartment right below ours. It was their "hang out room." We never got any sleep. They shouted cheers regularly every day so loud that it shook our floor. Despite regular complaints from us and the rest of the complex about this group, Indigo refused to do anything even when the kids trashed the parking lot and sat on our cars. Leasing agent LIED to us about our pet deposits and so even though our non-refundable pet deposit more than covered the small bit of carpet damaged by our cat, their corporate office - Equity Residential - turned around and said that our deposits weren't deposits and weren't for pet damage (the exact opposite of what the leasing agents at the complex told us) and sent us a bill for over $300. Parking was awful. We never got to sleep. They didn't fix the fire sprinklers in our apartment after they turned out they were broken. They didn't clean out our chimney after we informed them that it was blocked. There was a mugging and car break-ins while we were there, too. AWFUL!!!
