I just moved in recently and so far I'm liking it a lot. The only bad thing I can think of is that there has been a tad bit more crime then I'd like to see, but like another reviewer said, thats Kent. Still less then over in the Cascade area of Renton. If you get one of the apartments out by the street, noise can be an issue, but I rarely ever have an issue with noisy neighbors. Parking can also suck, but at least its not assigned. If it was assigned, then I would probably have to put up with the problem of someone always parking in my assigned spot!

Other then those couple things, though, the staff is awesome, my neighbors are awesome and it is in a GREAT location. I'm easily within walking distance of groceries, gas, fast food, movie rentals...its very nice not having to drive if I don't feel like it just to go to the store! All in all, I like this place and based on my last few months here, I'll definitely be renewing again next year.
