Apartment itself is great, like the floor plan.
Parking is not a problem for us, we have two paid carports but occasionally have people parking in them, even though they re marked reserved.
The office will not do anything about complaints, once they have gotten you to rent they don t care about you anymore.
The professionalism sucks and if you have a problem you re stuck.
We have very loud neighbors above that recently moved in and it is awful.
They fight with each other, play loud music, throw cig butts on our porch and down the stairs and management does not care.
I have complained several times and nothing has happened.
The quality of the people they are renting to have seriously declined and I have no faith in their abilities as a management company.
They seem to be having a hard time getting new people to move in and as such they may take people with less than great attributes to simply stay profitable.
All they care about is filling up the apartments.
This place has started to turn into the ghetto.
I hate it here now and will be moving when our lease is up.
If you want to be just a number and not a person then this is the place for you.
