I have now been living here for going on a year and plan to up again for another year.

We have 3 kids.

In a 3 Bedroom.

It's a nice place to live always kids to play with mine, the school bus comes right in front of the apartment.

When something needs to be fixed they are right on it.

The office staff is very nice.

Some thing I would like to change is the parking sucks.

You have to have a carport which is 30.00 a month.

I've had to park clear down at the office some nights and walk up.

The shower in the pool area did not work during the summer also the hut tub was broken.

Don't know if they fix it yet.

The pool is not open yet.

The playground is samll but the kids don't seem to mind.

At times people speed but always slow down when they see the kids.

I live on the 2nd floor and my upstairs neighbors are very loud! They are the only one I EVER hear.

But with all that said I love being minutes from the store and about ten from the hospital.

Kent station also.

The office staff did a halloween party for the kids and gave away gifts an had food that was cool, cause you don't see that everywhere.

All and all this is a good place with a few bumps.
