Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
This was a pretty nice place when we moved in.
The place was sold and changed ownership/managment as others have said.
The new people are rude as said in the other reviews as well.
I fell off the the last step on the stairs going to work because someone broke the light that lights the way down.
Don't know who did that.
I called and left a message the same morning it happened and explained.
So far the light is not fixed or simply not changed.
It is a CFL socket type bulb.
If there is an electrical issue with the fixture I have not been courteously notified as to the resolve of the circumstance.
Not enough Parking for those not willing to pay for a covered spot.
We were talking to the reception lady and right when I was trying to explain or ask a question she answers the phone like I'm not even their.
When finished she says, "What'"
No excuse me, apology, rudeness at its best.
Also my wife called to ask about something.
They answered the phone like customer service.
Once my wife stated our apartment number the nice sweet presentation went away and it was another, "What'"
