I lived at Indigo Springs for a little over a year and eventhough I paid almost $1000 a month with all of their fees (pet, parking spot, etc) it was one of the worst places I've lived.

The management staff was completely useless and terrible to work with (Jimmy Chavez) and the maintenance team was just as bad. I had to call them at least 3 times to fix my refrigerator (thermostat was broken) and they still didn't fix it, I just decided I couln't deal with it anymore and gave up. I also had a door on my storage closet on my patio that was broken and barely hanging on the hinges - this I pointed out when I moved in and then once during the year, do you think they replaced it' No way.

When I finally got to move out when my lease was up, I was sure to clean that place top to bottom and then some, believe me, I can clean! I only got about $35 back from my $200 security deposit because they had to charge me cleaning fees and had to "repair" holes I made in the walls from hanging pictures....I hung ONE item on the wall, and yes I did forget to patch it, what's that a $10 fix at best' Nope, 80 BUCKS!

And like other posters here, I was sure to give them my forwarding address multiple times, but when I received my security refund they had sent it to my old apartment address...what a bunch of brainless idiots! Of course you can't mail my security refund to my old apartment address, I moved and no longer live there, hence the refund!
