A very pleasant experience

My family has lived at Indigo Springs for over eight years.

We always had wonderful service under Equity, and after the change of ownership, we have a faculous experience.

Due to medical emergenices in nearly every month of the first part of 2009, we had to move my Mother in with us and to do that we moved from a 2 bedroom to a 3 bedroom apartment.

There was a timing issue moving my Mother from her residence to ours.

Also the 3 bedroom wasn't quite ready at the end of the month.

Management worked with us, helping us store my Mothers items, and giving us a day or two of extra time to move from the 2 bedroom to the 3 bedroom.

The management worked very hard to make this happen.

Whenever I have repair or maintenance orders, they are resolved in a day or two at most.



I have to say, if I needed to move again, I would certainly move to Indigo Springs.
