I lived at Island Park apartments for almost a year, and am vacating the premises soon.
I have had my car towed because of management not informing tenants in a proper manner. (Leaving a note taped to a door is very insufficient) I have had my car hit numerous times. The property is not very well kept. The garbages are alway over flowing and the units themselves aren't well taken care of. And last but not least management expects the tenant to pay for having the apartment painted, when on the lease this was not stated.
