Don't think so

This is not an ideal apartment, unless it's your first. It was my first apartment, and I could get away with being kind of noisy on the weekends.
However, there are a few hitches. My apartment A102 was infested with fleas, and I didn't own a cat. I had an ant problem like you wouldn't believe. I moved in in MAY 2003 and left in October 2003. It was that bad.
The management was awful, the girls were always rude to me. Andrea, the manager, was never around, and the two other girls in the office had too much work to do to pay attention to tenants. The buildings are dirty, there are spiders, and cobwebs and dirt clumps on the walls. The lake stinks, it's dark brown now and smells. I am thankful, I had a view of the entrance and not the lake. There is a lot of traffic at ALL HOURS OF THE NIGHT. Cars with LOUD STEREOS, people honking horns. There weren't that many kids around, which was nice.
I received the King County Journal while I was living there, and if you open up the newspaper to the LOCAL CRIME section you will not believe what you read. I think the crime rate in KENT is HIGHER than in the rest of the state of Washington. More murders per capita than any other suburb.
The only thing I miss about the apartment complex is the cute little squirrel that used to follow me around outside. He'd sit in the maple tree outside my sliding glass door (the scrren of which, was always covered in mosquitos), waiting to say "hello" to my kitten...
I wouldn't reccomend this apartment.
Oh, and my friend moved in last Sept (of 2002), and his car was broken into the first week he lived there. Just FYI.
