Years at this apartment: 1998 - 2001
I lived at the Island Park Apartments from 1998 to 2001, but am now looking at moving. Those living at the complex have had to endure comstruction for some time and nothing of this was mentioned at move in. I was without my deck for most of the summer and that was just the last straw. They have had a high turnover in employees and the staff can't empty the garbages often enough to prevent garbage from overflowing the dumpsters. The place is beautiful, but the geese run the place and you can't get near the water through the droppings. Plus I was kept awake on many nights from snoring -thin walls.
