I know that a lot of people are really nice at this place. When i first moved in i loved it. It was clean, and everyone was friendly. Something happened around november. Everything started to change and the complex went downhill fast. Management changed and the new people were dumb as rocks. It turned out that the staff never set up our water correctly. Instead of changing the account from the last tenant to us and sending us a bill, they just forwarded the bill to the past tenant's new address. Then, even though they screwed up, they tried to evict us when nothing was getting paid. We never even knew who the bill went to. Anyway, it took 6 months to fix the problems we had with them. Then when we went to move out they sent us a bill saying we owed $22 plus our deposit to repaint and repair things. So when called to say the check was in the mail, they told me my bill was really $75. They made a mistake and I still had to pay the higher bill. However, they didn't add the bill up right. It was really only $45. So they had to send us a third bill. No to mention, there was nothing wrong with the apatment. When we had the walk through she said it was one of the best upkept apartments she saw. Then the bill came back, and they had to repaint the whole thing. Then they had a cleaning service had to come to clean the cracks in the stove, for a few hours. Just for the inability of the staff to take care of the renters, i would never live anywhere that this apartment complex is associated with.

P.S. I am not stupid myself. My shift key sticks and doesn't always work.
