The good points: Beautiful setting. Nice sized apartment.

The bad points: Slow or no response to requests for maintenance. They hit you up for $ on the move-out no matter how hard you work at cleaning up. Staff is rude most of the time (except for when they're trying to sign you up). Hold on to your move out canceled check!! These people have sent me to collections 3 times over the past two years even though I paid them the move out fee (which was unfairly high to begin with) within 3 days of getting their notice! If I hadn't saved the proof, I would have had to pay it over and over again. When you call them, they put you off with promises they never keep. Brandy and April have BOTH promised to "look into it and call you back" but they've never followed through. Don't rent here, they're not worth the hassles you'll be dealing with YEARS down the road. Very unfair, very upsetting.
