This place is a joke. We have lived here for a year and a half and it is getting worse by the minute. We have had severe mold coming up through the floors in spots that there is no outside wall contact. It is seeping through the walls. The only way to correct this problem is by knocking down the building and rebuilding it correctly. There is no crawl space between the concrete slab and the floor. The only thing that they did was lay the concrete foundation, put a carpet pad and then the carpet, so when the water seeps below the concrete, the concrete gets wet and then comes up through the floor. We have so much mold in the walls and floors it is evident as soon as you walk in the front door. Recently we have had to deal with rats. Not mice, but rats. My dishwasher has not worked since we have moved in. I have had several maintance requests in and none of them have been teneded to in the year and a half. Living on the water sucks. No matter what unit you are in, it smells like sewage. The lake is always brown and covered in crap. The landscaping sucks. The gym is a joke. The equipment is old and broken and they are not wanting to put any money forward to make it a nice place to live. We still live here cause we are stuck by our lease. The tenants that live here are awful. No one follows the rules and especially taking care of watching their kids. There are always kids in the parking lots riding their bikes and playing ball. That is fine as long as they are not riding into your cars and throwing the balls into your car and seeing how many dents they can make or playing chicken with you if you are driving. No one cares. Management always says that they are going to work on it and "get right on it" and it never happens. They only care about your rent check every month. This has been rated by the For Rent Magazine as the "nicest place in Kent to live." My ass. So if you don't mind rats and mold, then sign right up. My suggestion, leave and run far far away.
