Island Park

So far I have lived in this apartment for almost a month now and I have to say that
it's been great so far.

I know a lot of people get on these websites to bash apartment buildings but you also have to
give credit when something goes well too.
No, I do not work for the management
company nor am I financially involved
with the management company, (Except paying my rent payment).

Living in Seattle you get accustomed to noise and that's not the case here at
Island Park.

It's really quiet here you
can hear a pin drop which I enjoyed the
most because you can get a lot of work
done.

I rarely see people coming or going
so if you are the social type in order to
meet new people you are probably going to
have to start knocking on doors to say hello, (It is the winter time though) Parking hasn't been too much of a problem
and all of the appliances work well.
So far Crime hasn't been a problem and at
night I can walk safely through the complex.
There are softball fields, Golf courses and bicycle trails you can explore.

The workout room in the clubhouse is "okay"

If I had to come up with something bad to say I would say this.

Keep all of your
proofs of payments on record and make sure
you have them....just in case.

I do that
anyway reguardless and you should too.

So far Island Park has been the best apartment I have ever rented and I'm happy here....at least until I save up enough to
buy a house, (Smiles)
