Our stay here has been very pleasant. The two bedroom townhouse is comfortable and well designed. The buildings are starting to show some normal wear and tear but are in good condition overall. The grounds are kept neat and clean always.
There have been several management teams I see new faces in the office nearly every month or two. We had a problem one time with a young lady who is no longer there mostly a very nice and helpful office team. The maintenance men are outstanding! Very fast, detailed and helpful can not say enough good things about Hans and crew!
The only problems we have are unavoidable noise from the dumpsters one or two days a week during the daytime. Parking at times can be difficult. The major drawback to this place is the foul, disgusting man made lakes that stink during the later months of summer. The stench from them can be quite strong so much so that you must keep window closed a few times a year. If there is a small wind the stench is bearable.
