It's relatively low crime, although I did get my CD player ripped off out of my car.

The pool can be fun, but there is almost no supervision and it sometimes gets overrun by rude foul-mouthed teenagers or drunken partiers.

In the summer the "lakes" (really just ponds) can get very low and filled with nasty smelling algae.

It's not terribly kid friendly, there's one small ancient spider-ridden climbing toy, most of the kids just play in the parking lot.

When we moved out they RAPED us on bogus charges, we not only lost our entire deposit they sent us a bill. We were NOT that hard on the place. Sure, they had to replace the carpet, but it was overdue anyway, it was getting old and threadbare. They tried to charge us for the stove drip pans when I had just put in shiny brand new ones when we moved out.

Management was awesome when we moved in, but when ownership changed hands it deteriorated into indifferent at best, surly at times.

OK, that's a lot of negative, there is some positive. The grounds usually look good. It's in a "nice" part of Kent. Maintenance guys are knowledgable and responsive.

But overall I wouldn't really recommend this place.
