I use the word "management" very loosely! They are horrible. I have been here two years now and this has been the worst year yet. They were supposed to shampoo my carpet when I signed a new lease. I had to call and remind them and of course they tried to act like they knew nothing of it, but was doing me a "favor" since I was such a "good tenant". I had to move all of my furniture just so they could tell me (after call at least 10 times from 10:00am-4:00pm) that the people were not coming out that day. So I had to move my furniture back and then they were scheduled to come out the following weekend. Of course my appt. was 10:00am but they did not show up until 5:00pm. I called the office all day that day and they didnt know what happened and had "no control over when the carpet cleaners came" When we moved in they told us the pool was heated (its not), they were builing a state of the art "Business Center" which they didnt put together until just this summer so we waited over a year for that to come. They did remodel the clubhouse, only to tell us that with the new construction to it we can no longer use it for gatherings. What the hell was the transformation for...the management'!!!! The front office was broken in to but of course we were not notified of that until a week later. Now just three weeks ago a friend of mine had his truck stolen from right in front of his townhome, and my neighbor had his car broken into. We kind of figured that it would start to be the actuall dwellings that would be broken into, and we were correct. However, we were not notified of it when our complex had actual burglaries. We were notified of it by a note on our door stating "it was confirmed that a neighboring community had been broken into as well as ours." Are you kidding'!!! You wait until another complex is broken into before you tell us that our own has been broken into' Then they did a construction project that paved the parking lot. We were told not only that we couldnt park in the covered spots those few days, but that we had to park at a school that was 1/2 mile away, leave our cars there all night unsupervised with no people in sight, and they were not responsible if our cars were broken into.

So, to make sum it all up......THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!!! And I am moving out in a few days. It will be interesting to see what fees they try to stick me with. Oh yeah, they raised the rent with each new lease I signed.
