I have been living at Island Park for about 4 going on 5 months and everything has been okay for me. I have nice neighbors that always speak to me even though they don't know me. Office staff are nice...and always seem to know when i have a package and even know me by first name...how about that!!! Yeah there were a couple of break ins...but at least the management had the descensy to let us know!!!...I know at my other apartments they would have told me nothing at all...so i have a lot of respect for management for letting me know that because you know because that letter let me know that it can happen to anybody even me...if I am not careful...Generally a good place to live...quiet...close to everything...and I have to admit it is way better than the other apartments around...trust me...i been inside and they are not all that!!!

I liked the staff (except one) until I was moving out. Then it's a whole different story.

I agree. You'll be back here with a negative review when you move out and are slapped with a bill for charges that are not your responsibility!

You will see, when you move out and you have to pay $600 in additional fees, on top of your original depostit! They will scam you to the poor house! Have your lawyer on speed dial!
