Poor Maintenance Throughout

I should have known when I moved in there would be issues. At various intervals, for SIGNIFICANT amounts of time, one or all of the following have been out of commission:
Swimming Pool (during height of season)
Indoor Hot Tub (closed, no jets, and/or shower there "required" before entry has NEVER worked)
Tanning Bed (bulbs often out & not replaced)
Workout Equipment Room (equipment broken, no television)
Recently, management warned tenants of a $500 fine for leaving trash outside receptacles. Indeed, they are often smelly messes. Did they ever think of emptying them more frequently to avoid that occurence'
The onsite management is nice, but I'd NEVER rent from a Weidner Property again.
